Is there visitor parking
Yes visitor parking is allowed. There is a limited amount of visitor parking and the availability is on a first come first serve basis

There is no restriction on the number of pets or the size.

Short term rentals
Short term rentals are not allowed. The minimum tenancy shall be no less than three months. AirB&B is not allowed.

The telecommunication providers are: Beanfield, CIK Telecom, Fibre Stream , Rogers Communications and Bell Canada.
Hydro provider
Each unit is separately metered through Toronto Hydro. Please contact Toronto Hydro atforms@torontohydro.com in order to set up new accounts.

Simply choose TSCC2097 as the condominium corporation number and follow the steps to check-out
Access to floors and FOBS
You will need a FOB to access individual floors of the building. Each FOB is programmed to the specific floor.
Is gas and water included in maintenance fees?
Yes gas and water fees are incorporated into the annual budget of the condominium.
